The Client: The company or individual requesting website
services. |

Website Design |
|
HFL will only make one website for any given trade or
service in any given area. For example we will only make
one domestic cleaning website targeted at customers in
Bolton. |
|
All domain names will be registered in the clients name and
will be owned by the client who shall have the
responsibility to renew the domain name. Website hosting is provided by a third party hosting company
and HFL will not be responsible for their provision of
service, costs relating to transfer in/out of domain names,
renewals or any other matter arising from hosting issues. |
|
A deposit of 50% is required with all website design project
before any design work will be carried out and is
non-refundable.
Once a website has been completed the final balance of
payment is due immediately. Failure to pay within 7 days may
result in the website content being removed and may result
in further action being taken to recover costs and expenses. |

HFL reserve the right to refuse to make or arrange
hosting for a web site which we may judge as unfit due to
content or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited by,
sites containing adult oriented material such as
pornography, sites which promote hatred towards persons
belonging to any ethnic group, religion or sexual
orientation and sites which infringe copyright or are
contrary to UK laws. |

All material, both text and images, supplied by the client
or HFL and used in the construction of the client's web
site, will remain the client's property. All such material
will be assumed to be the property of the client and free to
use without fear of breach of copyright laws or the law of
the land. |

Whilst every endeavour will be made to ensure that the
website and any scripts or programs are free of errors, HFL
cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to
malfunction, the website or any part of it. The website,
graphics and any programming code remain the property of HFL
until all outstanding accounts are paid in full.
HFL cannot take responsibility for any copyright
infringements caused by materials submitted by the client.
We reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted
nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use
such material.

Any additions to the brief will be carried out at the
discretion of HFL at a cost of £25 per update and where no
charge is made by HFL for such additions, HFL accept no
responsibility to ensure such additions are error free
and reserve the right to charge an according amount for
any correction to these or further additions. |

The client agrees to make available as soon as is reasonably
possible all materials required to complete the site to the
agreed standard and within the set deadline. HFL will not be
liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings
due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines. |

HFL will not be
liable or become involved in any disputes between the site
owner and their clients and cannot be held responsible for
any wrong doing on the part of a site owner. |
|
HFL will not be
liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of
earnings due to the work carried out on behalf of the client
or any of the clients appointed agents. HFL will not be
liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of
earnings due to the unavailability of the site, its servers,
software or any material provided by its agents. |
