market in the northern region of the Costa Blanca

years in the Spanish property market place ensures

property situations whether they be re-sale
properties or new build developments or individual
new build design and build projects we are able to
enhance and increase the availability of properties
as a whole by our involvement in a networking
operation in association with selected property
agents and promoters, at no extra costs to the
client. This association which could be
described as a property brokerage increases the
availability of property choice by a dramatic degree
and at the same time saves the clients valuable time
in not having to trawl from agent to agent, viewing
property after property which can often prove to be
very confusing, particularly when the client
discovers that many properties are duplicated with
differing agents. In essence if a client provides
us with a fully detailed criteria of their property
requirements, together with the confirmation of a
realistic budget and providing it proves to be a
feasible property situation we have an excellent
chance of sourcing the property you require..
We should
mention again the new build situation in that within
their criteria and their budget the client can
obtain a luxury villa built to their exact
requirements, at the same time taking advantage of
the excellent finishes and fixtures that are now
available. We are able to take you through all
the various stages from the initial land purchase on
to the actual design of the villa by a young and
imaginative award winning Architect fully including
assisting with all the legalities and service
contracts etc. We are able to negotiate excellent
prices with quality builders with whom we have had a
long standing involvement and upon receipt of the
license we maintain our involvement through to
completion of the property and beyond and we can
arrange that the property is also landscaped and
planted and wholly fitted out to what could be
described as a turn key new villa. A member of
our staff is available to accompany you to various
excellent retail outlets which are well known and
recommended by us for the acquisition of furniture,
soft furnishing and all items of household equipment
etc A complete and comprehensive property service
and this can be extended by arranging gardeners,
pool cleaners and property managers if so required
